Who we are

CallCatch is a tool that helps UK plumbers follow up missed calls, draft quotes, and book jobs.

What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address, business name, and phone number.
  • Customer details you receive: phone numbers, names, addresses, job descriptions, and WhatsApp messages exchanged through CallCatch.
  • Job and quote data you create in the dashboard.
  • Billing details processed by our payment provider (we don't store card numbers).
  • Basic usage data (logins, errors) to keep the service running.

How we use it

We use this data only to operate CallCatch for you: routing missed calls, sending WhatsApp follow-ups, generating quote drafts, taking bookings, and supporting your account. We do not sell your data or your customers' data.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of trusted providers to deliver the service: hosting and database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase), WhatsApp messaging (Meta / WhatsApp Business API), and payments (Stripe). Each only receives what they need to do their job.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and data. Email david@usecallcatch.com and we will action it within 30 days.

Retention

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you close your account, we delete personal data within 90 days, except where we're legally required to retain billing records.

Changes

If we make material changes to this policy we'll email account holders before they take effect.
